Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the cubed paneer and lightly fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the remaining butter. Sauté the chopped onions until they turn golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the pureed tomatoes, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the fried paneer cubes to the gravy and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
